Multi Mesh has grown in recent years to become the UK's leading manufacturer of stainless steel welded wire mesh. More and more applications for its hygienic qualities, strength and durability are being found each year. We are major suppliers to the chemical, pharmaceutical, health care, food, pollution control, electronics and building industries.
More and more users are recognising that the long term savings to be had from stainless steel mesh far outweigh the higher initial cost.
Our standard range of mesh is held in 304 quality from ¼" X ¼" mesh from 21 swg (0.8mm) wire, to 2" x 2" mesh from 10swg (3.1Smm) wire. Within this range we hold stocks in rolls of various widths for the lighter meshes, and panels 8ft x 4ft and 6ft x 3ft for the heavier meshes.
Many non-standard meshes are also manufactured to special order within the wire diameter range from 18 swg (1.2mm) up to ½" (12.5mm). Both these and standard meshes can be supplied spot welded to heavier gauge rod frames. Apart form the standard stock range in 304 quality, all other normal grades of stainless steel can be supplied to order as well as mesh in high temperature alloys such as Monel, Inconel and Incoloy.
We can supply our stainless welded mesh and wire products electro polished after manufacture. This is strongly recommended where extreme cleanliness is important, for example in the food, pharmaceutical and electronics industries.
